Overview:
A fast-growing, multi-state title company is seeking a National Title Insurance Coordinator to join its in-office team. This full-time position is based in Lakewood, NJ , with a focus on commercial transactions outside of New York and New Jersey . Who You Are:
You’re a seasoned title insurance professional who knows how to manage commercial and residential transactions across multiple states. You’re proactive, client-focused, and can confidently liaise with realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers. You enjoy making the closing process seamless, compliant, and stress-free for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Review title reports, commitments, and policies to ensure compliance with purchase/sale agreements.
Coordinate all aspects of the title and closing process for multi-state commercial and residential transactions .
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, underwriters, lenders, vendors, and attorneys throughout the transaction.
Assist with settlement processes, prepare closing statements (CDs, ALTA), and ensure accurate disbursement of funds.
Identify and resolve title issues and clearance items.
Ensure compliance with title insurance regulations and internal quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in national (multi-state) title coordination.
(Applications without nation-wide title experience will not be considered. Title experience outside of NY and NJ is a MUST)
In-depth knowledge of title insurance products , title reports , and closing procedures .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with various stakeholders.
Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
